What is your order policy?

All of our apparel is pre-made, in limited quantities, unless otherwise noted. Once an order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship.

On occasion, we will offer preorder apparel, which will be noted on the product description. Preorders take longer to ship as the mass quantities need to be produced after the preorder period is closed.

Shipping Policy

  • For domestic orders, please allow 3-5 business days on in-stock and available items.
    • For made-to-order or pre-order items, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
    • For extras that we have available outside of our fulfillment center — such as Oyasumi's Closet — please allow 7-10 days for shipping, as these are hand-packed and shipped by us individually.
  • For international orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

When will you restock?

Products are restocked depending on the popularity and demand of that particular design. Updates will be shared on new and restocked items through our instagram page @oyasumidesigns. Be sure to follow along for new drops, and turn on post notification.  

Refund Policy

* All Sales Are Final *

Please double check your shipping address and sizes before completing your payment. We will not exchange apparel orders if the size does not fit you. Only orders with mistakes by Oyasumi Designs or our manufacturer can be exchanged. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or damaged items by USPS.
